Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Scope
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of recruitment interview preparation services, comprising M&A / Corporate Finance mock interviews (“mocks”) and strategy consulting case practice sessions (“cases”), offered by KARTESE FORMATION, a French simplified joint-stock company, hereinafter “PrepCareer”, to any person placing an order, hereinafter “the Client”.
Placing an order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are made available to the Client before the contract is concluded.
Article 2 — Services and prices
The services and their prices, expressed in euros including all taxes, are as follows:

Services are billed at the prices in effect on the date of the order. “Email support during the current recruitment process” means the ability to contact PrepCareer by email throughout the Client's current recruitment process.
Article 3 — Delivery of services
Sessions take place by video call. They are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Client and PrepCareer by email, subject to both parties' availability. The connection link is sent to the Client before each session. The conditions for rescheduling or cancelling a scheduled session are as follows: any session may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time; after this deadline, except in cases of force majeure, the session is deemed to have been used.
Article 4 — Payment
The website does not currently offer online payment. Payment terms (accepted methods and any payment schedule) are communicated to the Client during initial contact, before any order is placed. Payment is made by bank transfer, in one or more instalments agreed during the initial discussion. No payment is made online through the website.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Client acting as a consumer has fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving a reason, by notifying their decision to withdraw to contact@prepcareer.fr.
If the Client wishes services to begin before the withdrawal period ends, they must expressly request this. If they subsequently withdraw, they will be liable for the price of services already delivered. The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for services fully delivered before the end of the period with their prior express consent.
Article 6 — Obligation of means
PrepCareer undertakes to deliver the services diligently and professionally, subject to an obligation of means. The preparation provided does not in any circumstances guarantee an interview, internship, job or offer from any employer: recruitment decisions are exclusively the responsibility of the companies concerned and depend on many factors beyond the services provided.
Article 7 — Seller identification and applicable law
The services are sold by KARTESE FORMATION, a French simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under no. 914 139 985, whose registered office is at 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris — contact: contact@prepcareer.fr.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a Client acting as a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before taking legal action. The contact details of the mediator appointed by PrepCareer are available on request fromcontact@prepcareer.fr.
