Our approach

Four steps. Every session is one to one.

From the first call to the final session’s feedback, here is how preparation works and what we commit to.

The four steps

  1. The introductory call

A free call, with no obligation. We review your deadline, targets and level to choose a suitable package and coach. You see the coach’s background before committing.

  2. The review

An indicative score out of 100, a skill-by-skill assessment and a six-week action plan. Free, with a preview available without providing contact details. It helps prioritise your work; it does not predict a hiring decision.

  3. The sessions

One to one, by video call. Each session has a specific goal: a full case, a targeted exercise, technical questions, fit or a mock round in your target firm’s format. Every session is individual.

  4. Written feedback

After every session: corrections for each area and a priority before the next. The aim is to make sure the same mistakes do not recur, rather than accumulate hours.

We commit to the session format, preparation and written feedback. The firm’s decision remains its own: nobody can honestly guarantee an offer.

A word from the co-founder

“You do not win these recruitment processes with guides. You win them with information that almost nobody shares.”

Let’s discuss it for 30 minutes

When I was preparing for interviews, hard work was not the issue — access was. What you cannot find online is someone fresh from a consulting firm or trading desk who can explain, in twenty minutes, why your answer will fall short. Some people have that person in their network. Most do not. That is where the gap opens up.When I was preparing for interviews, hard work was not the issue — access was. • Always one to one

The market responded with bootcamps. In a room of thirty, nobody corrects your case. One-to-one support takes more effort to organise — and it is what makes a difference to an application.

  • First-hand experience

People with experience in strategy consulting, M&A and trading rooms. They know the format of each round because they have been through it themselves.

  • Our alumni come back

Those who secure offers help prepare the next candidates: an immediate debrief, a CV review, a call on a Sunday evening. Content alone cannot build that.

You do not need more material. You need an hour with the right person.
